Allie Might is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who chose this path to fulfill her passion of nutrition and to teach individuals preventative measures against diseases, and how to gain energy and maintain a healthy weight. Allie received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has obtained Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York. Allie is passionate about cleansing and detoxification and loves helping clients achieve their ideal weight with ease. Allie is currently a Nutritional Consultant for InVite® Health’s Upper East Side at 86th Street store location.

Kristina Mythe is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and holds a Master Nutrition Therapist Certification from the Nutrition Therapy Institute of Denver. She received a Health Coach Certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2011. Kristina is a member of National Association of Nutrition Practitioners and a member of American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is passionate about digestive health and mental health – connecting the two to bring healing and optimal health to those dealing with gut issues and mood disorders. Jemma Goldin is a Natural Healthcare Practitioner with extensive experience in counseling and education working with both people and animals, utilizing multiple modalities such as Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements) and herbal remedies to tap into the body’s innate wisdom to bring about powerful, effective healing. Jemma received her training at the Trinity School of Natural Health in Indiana. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Oklahoma City University, teaching life skills to mentally and emotionally challenged children. Jemma is currently a Nutritional Consultant for InVite® Health’s Forest Hills and New Hyde Park store locations.

Kayanne McDermott is a Naturopathic Doctor at InVite® Health in Brooklyn, and several other InVite® store locations. She attended C.W Post of Long Island University in Brookville, NY where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Naturopathic Medical School at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Before then, her father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. “The medical system gave up on him and during that period he came across Alternative Medicine and various lifestyle modifications, where his life was extended for about 11 years, then he passed away from Pneumonia. The challenges he encountered and overcame caused me to get into this field and has taken me to where I am today.” Although her palette consists of many different colors of treatment modifications, she is passionate about helping those who encounter endocrinology disorders and women’s health. “For me, its about getting to the underlying cause of the person’s symptoms and ailments, while also attending to the person as a whole.”

Mona Khalil is an Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She graduated with a degree of Oriental Medicine from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine and holds an Acupuncture Physician license in the state of Florida. Her practice focuses on treating the person as a whole and making sure they are in balance. Mona is passionate and dedicated to helping her clients on their journey for optimal health and wellness through education. Mona is currently a Nutritional Consultant for InVite® Health’s Boca Raton, Florida store location.

Amanda Williams, expertsAmanda Williams, MPH

Amanda Williams holds a Masters degree in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Mary’s College Orchard Lake. Amanda has spent the last ten years focused on nutrition and wellness. Her background in disease state management allows for a unique nutritional approach to many of the most common health concerns. She has successfully completed training as an instructor in Diabetes Self-Management through Stanford University. She possesses excellent knowledge of vitamins and supplements, as well as hormone replacement therapy options. To stay on top of the wellness world, she continues to obtain medical education credits through the American Academy of Anti-Aging. Amanda loves working in a field where she has the opportunity to change lives by showing understanding and compassion while educating, encouraging and inspiring others to take ownership of their health and their lives.
